We appreciated that they conducted weekly Zoom meetings to get a pulse on us, go over status updates, and make sure all of us were always on the same page. They also pointed out what areas we should upgrade for a greater ROI based on our budget, and which ones we shouldn’t worry about. Their expertise and constructive communication definitely helped keep our mind at ease. They even helped us get estimates from several contractors.

We left for Texas before the renovations were completed, but Kris and Emma took that ball and ran with it. They made sure the contractors completed the work, found us contractors for other tasks, and even did a lot of work themselves! Their investment recommendations were right on the money too. We ended up receiving offers much higher than expected! I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and all their hard work… and the extra cash in our pockets.
